No, it is certainly not required on your part to send the part to us only for quotation purpose. As explained out
here, you would need to send us clear and high-resolution images of the object, which should include images taken from all angles. This, together with the approximate dimensions of the object and other project details as mentioned out
here, would be sufficient for us to send an accurate quotation.
Once the project is finalized and you decide to go ahead and place a new order with us, you would need to either ship the part / bring the part to our office or in certain cases, we can collect the part from your location.
We consider a new scanning order to be placed when either of the following events take place :
- a) You make the advance payment for the order, either on our website or through a direct inter-bank mode of transfer;
- b) You send us a confirmation email for placing a new order with us;
- c) We are in possession of your part which is to be scanned by us
