For jewellery and dental applications, we have a high quality castable resin (wax) material, which gives a clean burnout during the investment casting process and can be used to cast various precious and semi-precious metals. It has been tested successfully for different alloys of gold, sterling silver, brass, bronze and alloy metal.
For various engineering applications, we have a Polystyrene based 3D printing material, which can create large parts for investment casting process with excellent dimensional accuracy. Expendable patterns created with this material are typically used for the shell casting process. This material also gives a clean burnout with minimum ash residue during casting.
