We use different scanners for different applications, selecting an optimum 3d scanner for a particular project, so as to increase the efficiency in some way in the overall product lifecycle management. For high accuracy projects, we can calibrate our scanners to deliver high accuracy levels reaching 10 microns. For most of our reverse engineering projects, our clients can expect accuracy levels in the range of 20-25 microns. For less-demanding applications where accuracy is not the primary objective but rather complete data capturing of complex surfaces and geometries becomes the primary objective, our clients can expect accuracy levels in the range of 50-100 microns.
